I would like to change some of my contact information. How would I go about doing that?
After you log in to the NACVA Member Portal with your Member # and password, click on the My NACVA
Member Record link located under Operations.
How do I pay my membership dues?
There are a few options to pay your membership dues.
Online: Simply click this link
Member Login you will see a red link to Pay Dues Now
Please Note: Link to pay dues is only active 60 days prior to due date and
is only available for active members. If your membership has been canceled
or you need to change your membership level, you will need to contact
Member Services at (800) 677-2009.

I can’t remember my username and password.
When you get to the log in page, you can click the link to retrieve your username and password. It will be sent to the e-mail address you
have on file with the NACVA. If you mistyped your e-mail, you will need to contact
Member Services at (800) 677-2009 to retrieve your username and password.
I cannot log in.
If you are having trouble logging on to the system, here are the system requirements that solve most problems:
You must have your cookies turned on. We use session cookies to manage your sessions with security so you need to have your COOKIES turned on. Instructions on how to turn on cookies in IE 5.5 and above, see below:
Enabling Cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
• Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
• Click on the "Security" tab.
• Click "Custom Level" button.
• Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
• To enable:
o Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
o Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
• Click "OK".
Use the browser menu to navigate to this option:
Tools -> Options -> Security -> Custom -> Active Scripting -> Enable
If you are using a personal firewall or you are using a corporate computer and are having problems logging in, then your security settings may be set too high. You may just want to
temporarily disable your firewall until you have completed the application.
