Software and Technical Support
(NACVA is committed to maintaining a level of support for its software users that is unsurpassed for any business valuation software product in the industry. Consequently, for both software and technical support we have enlisted the expertise and experience of ValuSource, which has been developing state-of-the-art business valuation applications, M&A applications, valuation and medical databases, and report writers for 20 years. Recognized as the industry leader, ValuSource works closely with Microsoft to develop products that are either built around or are compatible with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Your NACVA/ValuSource software and database products come with three months free technical support. Database products are entitled to unlimited free support and do not require a support contract. Extended Technical Support relating to matters directly concerning the application, use, and operation of NACVA’s software is available from ValuSource for $295 for 12 months for single users or $495 for multi-users. Technical support comprises questions relating to the installation, operation, and the normal functions of the software in all of its capacities, and system capabilities which result in “error” messages, and includes updates to the software.
Free Weekly Live Training Seminars
ValuSource also conducts free weekly live training seminars on BVM Pro, PRW, and EBV for NACVA software users. These typically last one hour, include training tips and ideas for new or newer users, and include a question and answer session. The telephone conference calls are hosted via Go to Meeting software, which is available free online. Advance registration is required, at which time you receive the conference call phone number and meeting identification number.
